Our Story & Mission
Forget Me Not Farms began as The Nellett's Dairy Farm in 1937. After my husband and I married, we lovingly renovated our home, and today we’re transforming the old potting shed and pole barns into cozy farm stays, a charming gift shop, and fragrant lavender fields. Our deepest desire is to keep this farm Christ-centered and to give God all the glory for allowing us to share what He has provided. I delight in cooking and baking for others, using fresh vegetables straight from my garden. Come stay with us, where it’s warm, welcoming, and peacefully set apart.

Sarah Castle
Manager & MARKETING DIRECTOR
Psychologist
As the Manager and Marketing Director of Forget Me Not Farms LLC, Sarah Castle is driven by a deep calling to nurture meaningful connections between people and the natural world. A devoted mother of three, she brings a heart for service and a spirit of advocacy into her role at the farm. Currently a PhD candidate in Psychology and the author of two books, Sarah blends professional expertise with a faith-led commitment to understanding and uplifting others. She believes the farm is a sanctuary for spiritual renewal, designed to offer visitors a peaceful retreat within God’s majestic creation. Sarah is honored to welcome you to our community, where the healing presence of the Lord and the beauty of nature work hand in hand to provide rest for your soul and a journey toward wholeness.

Audrey Nellett
Founder & Visionary
As the Founder of Forget Me Not Farms, LLC, Audrey Nellett’s journey began with childhood daydreams and a heart for service. What started as creative play with nature’s simple gifts like mud pies at the age of four, evolved into a profound talent for craftsmanship and hospitality ordained by the Lord. For years, Audrey has found joy in hosting, using her God-given gifts to serve others and build a community rooted in faith. Today, she has realized her vision of a peaceful farmstead where every visitor is invited to pause, seek the Creator’s presence, and find true rest. Audrey is dedicated to sharing the quiet beauty of His creation with all who visit this sacred sanctuary.

Marlene provides a gentle ministry of wellness, offering heart-centered care designed to restore the weary body, mind, and spirit. Through specialized services like foot detox and ear candling, she creates a space for physical renewal and deep spiritual reflection. Her true passion lies in serving as a vessel for Christ’s healing love, guiding every guest to rediscover God's peaceful presence.
